1. Processing & Manufacturing Time

Unlike traditional retailers, we maintain a rigorous quality control process.

  • Standard Processing: Most orders take approximately 2 weeks to be manufactured, shipped to our hub in Montréal, and personally inspected for quality.

  • High Volume: Please note that some items may have longer processing times depending on order volume. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your item is perfect.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has passed our inspection in Montréal, it is handed off to our carriers for the final leg of its journey.

  • Delivery Window: You can expect your package to arrive at your door within 10 days or less after it departs our Montréal facility.

  • Total Estimated Time: Generally, please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the date of your order to delivery at your door.

3. Tracking Your Order

We want you to stay informed every step of the way.

  • As soon as your package is scanned into the postal system, we will automatically send a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the email.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We are happy to ship to customers worldwide.

  • Customs Delays: For international orders, packages may occasionally be delayed while they clear customs in your country. These delays are outside of our control, and we appreciate your understanding.

  • Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping details (address, unit number, and postal code) at the time of purchase.

  • Errors: We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the information provided at checkout was incorrect.

During particularly busy periods (such as Black Friday, the holiday season, or major sales), manufacturing and shipping timeframes may increase. We will always do our best to communicate any significant delays to you as quickly as possible.
